At Mewaharvest, we take pride in delivering premium-quality dry fruits, nuts, and seeds. We are committed to ensuring every product reaches you in excellent condition. Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of our goods, we have established the following policy.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

You are eligible to request a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged in Transit: If the product packaging or the items inside have been damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect Item: If the product you received does not match the item specified in your order confirmation.
  • Missing Items: If any part of your order is missing from the delivery package.

How to Request a Claim

To initiate a claim, please contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery. Please ensure your request includes the following details:

  1. Order Number
  2. Photographic Evidence: Clear photos showing the damaged product and the external packaging.
  3. Description of the Issue: A brief explanation of the problem encountered.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not feasible.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene standards, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or Used Products: Products that have been unsealed or partially consumed.
  • Taste Preferences: Returns based on personal taste or flavor preferences.
  • Natural Variations: Minor variations in size, shape, or color, as these are natural agricultural products.
